Visibility + Vulnerability with Nicole Anderson

vulnerable woman hiding from partner

Holding your breath, feeling like you want to show the true you, but something is holding you back? Are you always worried about external validation or the responses you will receive from others? Embarrassed, or hesitant to reveal the contents of your bad days, worried they may outweigh the good?

It is time to exhale.

Cristin Goss, an 8-year brand photographer turned confidence coach chats with Nicole Anderson on the importance of showing up and being seen, even if that means the hard stuff, too.

All about Nicole Anderson

Meet Nicole Anderson, a donut shop owner turned full-time photographer. Starting with family and wedding photography, turned boudoir shooter, and now a brand photographer, Nicole has experienced it all. She works with insurance companies and service providers, still having the time to finish season two of Criminal Minds. For her, it’s all about boundaries.

In this episode of GROW into your GLOW, expect:

  • While they are–essentially–synonymous, without visibility first, it is difficult to have vulnerability

  • Vulnerability isn’t something you should doubt, and there is no such thing as sharing “too much”

  • Approval from others on ideas, thoughts, or anything that you share is not necessary from anyone but yourself

  • Visibility is knowing that you are not alone, and vulnerability is the power to be able to share that
